About us

BEFORE

  • You should not take aspirin for at least 3-4 days before transplant.
  • If you receive anticoagulant treatment (Salospir, Sintrom, Plavix or Heparin) you should tell us in advance. Anticoagulant treatment should be discontinued at least one week before hair transplantation, always in cooperation with the cardiologist or other treating physician.
  • In the evening before surgery and in the morning (if the transplant begins after 12) you should take 1 Zinadol 500 mg pill, which you will continue to receive after the 12-hour transplant for preventive reasons. If theprocedure starts in the morning avoid taking morning antibiotics.
  • Avoid alcohol for at least two days before transplanting.
  • If you take vitamins they should be stopped at least a week ago.
  • If Regaine is used, it should be discontinued at least 15 days before transplant.
  • Avoid drinking coffee in the morning before the procedure because it causes nervousness.
  • Wash your hair with BetadineScrub or BetadineShampo the night before and the morning before the transplant.
  • It is preferable to avoid driving after the hair transplant is complete.
  • On the day of transplant it is better to wear a shirt rather than a blouse.
  • Before and after hair transplantation and at least until sutures are removed it is forbidden to contact pets

AFTER

In the first hours after transplant:

  • A bandage is placed on the head after the procedure. Care should be taken not to pull or remove the bandage because there are gauzes underneath the cuttings.
  • The first night you usually do not feel pain but just a pull on the back of the head, where the implants were taken.
  • Pulling usually lasts 24 hours and is treated with mild painkillers: A Mesulid pill on the first night at 9, a pill the next morning at 9, and a pill on the second night at 9, always after eating.
  • If the first night the pull or pain does not go away with Mesulid you can take a Ponstan or PanadolExtra pill effervescent - every 3 hours.
  • You need to take antibiotics for preventive reasons. We recommend: one Zinadol 500 mg pill every 12 hours for 7 days.
  • This time avoid alcohol, aspirin and vitamins.
  • It is forbidden to contact pets until the sutures are removed.

The next day:

  • You come to the office at the appointed time to remove the bandage and gauze.
  • From the evening of the same day, bath yourself on a daily basis (preferably bathing twice a day, morning and evening) for 14 days with Betadine Scrub or BetadineShampoo. When washing, follow the instructions given to you carefully. Massage lightly on the top of the head and more intensely on the back, in the stitches. Allow the foam to work for 10 minutes and rinse with plenty of warm water.

After 2 days:

  • The pain begins to subside so you no longer need painkillers.
  • Swelling appears on the forehead. This is a normal and expected reaction of the body due to the local anesthesia done on the top of the head. The next day it spreads to the cheeks, where it is eventually absorbed within 2 to 4 days.

The next days:

  • The sutures are removed to the surgery after 14 days, by appointment.
